NOTE: The following could take a week or more to get done. Allow yourself time for lab results and inspectors schedules.

  • Negative Coggins test for EIA (valid 6-12 months in most states)
  • State Brand Inspection for the States of:
    • AZ,CO,ID,MT,NV,ND,NM,UT,OR,Wy,WA and parts of AL,FL, IA,KS,NE and TX.
  • Health Certificate (valid up to 30 days)
  • Signed contract between Transporter and Owner.
  • Hay and water that the horse(s) is already on.
  • Horses monitored by Audio/Video at all times!

First Class Equine Transport

  • Deposit required to book a trip:
    • non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total transport fee is required 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled pickup time
  • Full payment due at pickup or delivery:
    • Cashier's Check
    • Money Order
