NOTE: The following could take a week or more to get done. Allow yourself time for lab results and inspectors schedules.
- Negative Coggins test for EIA (valid 6-12 months in most states)
- State Brand Inspection for the States of:
- AZ,CO,ID,MT,NV,ND,NM,UT,OR,Wy,WA and parts of AL,FL, IA,KS,NE and TX.
- Health Certificate (valid up to 30 days)
- Signed contract between Transporter and Owner.
- Hay and water that the horse(s) is already on.
- Horses monitored by Audio/Video at all times!
- Deposit required to book a trip:
- non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total transport fee is required 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled pickup time
